stackToColorProcessor(stack, bpp) should not modify input stack

Method net.sf.ijplugins.debayer2sx.DeBayer2#stackToColorProcessor re-scales the input stack as a side effect of computing the output image. It should not be happening.

Change root package from `net.sf.ijplugins.debayer2sx` to `ij_plugins.debayer2sx`

Output for DeBayer2 with Bilinear type seems to be incorrect.

The result of G-R order using bilinear has a similar color to G-B order using DDFAPD and vice versa.
I have implemented a bilinear demosaicing program so I think the problem lies in the bilinear type.

Implement DDFaPD demosaicing algorithm

Implement basic version of the algorithm from "Demosaicing with Directional Filtering and a Posteriori Decision", D. Menon, S. Andriani, and G. Calvagno, IEEE Trans. Image Processing, vol. 16 no. 1, Jan. 2007.
Focus on accuracy not speed.

http://umanitoba.ca/faculties/science/astronomy/jwest/plugins.html no longer appears to be a valid link, and I've not found an alternative location. Does this exist independently in a public version control system? Am I correct that this project does not directly include these sources?

Use "cfor" for Scala 3 code too

Now that "cfor" support Scala 3, remove duplicate implementation of LoopUtils, make it the same for Scala 2 and 3

DDFAPD throws ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

DDFAPD throws ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when processing image with certain sizes, for instance, 347x440.

Support running on Java 8

Ensure that binaries are build with Java 8 support to help working in FIJI.

Scala code is generated for Java 8 already, but compilation of Java files will need to be changed (-target 1.8)

MakeBayer: support creation of Bayer images from `CompositeImage`s

Allow creation of 16-bit and 32-bit Bayer image from CompositeImage of corresponding bit depth.

Keep all code within `net.sf.ijplugins.debayer2sx` to avoid naming conflicts

Optimize DDFAPD performance

There are some places where DDFAPD/FloatProcessorMath code can be optimized for speed

Match DeBayer output to input bit depth

Currently all outputs are 32-bit per channel. When processing 16-bit input, output should be 16 bit-per channel, similar for 8-bit input output should be 8-bit.

Test using GitHub actions

Travis CI is defunct mode CI testing to GitHub actions

When creating 32-bit per channel color images, make them `CompositeImage`s

Move plugins menu location to "Plugins" > "Raw Processing"

DeBayer2 plugin in binaries for manual installation does not work properly - UI never opens
