Background weather icons in boss fights don't work

I think these were url() references in CSS that weren't data: URIs, and they're not on the CDN because that didn't exist yet. Probably need to extract the SVGs and serve them from appropriate URLs.

Add ability to copy link to the current time

Could just make the timestamp in the top bar an ever-changing link, but the timestamp is hidden on mobile to save space.

Also override `EventSource` to send time offset header

In #15 we overrode fetch to send a time offset header, permitting separate tabs of Before in the same browser to be pointed at different times. However this does not apply to EventSource, so jumping in a separate tab will result in the game log jumping suddenly when the browser opens a new stream.

This also will impact socket.io from Seasons 2–3 but I have no idea how I'd want to go about fixing that...

Write or migrate to a more optimal event stream cache implementation

Event stream caching is implemented through a Mutex<LruCache> (https://docs.rs/lru/0.6.6/lru/struct.LruCache.html). Ideally this would be an RwLock so that the cache is only locked when adding a new object, however LruCache::get takes &mut self in order to update the LRU list.

I think this might be leading to some lock contention under heavier load. We should replace the cache with something better fit for this purpose.

embedded linescores don't handle skipped bottom of the 9th

if the bottom of the 9th is skipped due to the home team already having a higher score, the embedded linescore puts no value in that column. the values for runs and hits then move to the left one column, filling the empty space.
