Adding subtitles to credits (movie1001.bin)

Credits can be viewed from the main menu > ギャラリー > ムービー , and using the arrows to find video 15. A save file with all videos unlocked has been attached just incase.

A possible workaround would be to hardcode the subtitles into the translated version of movie1001.bin

Adjust Subtitle Position

Reducing left padding to improve subtitle apperance and allow longer lines to be used.

Enemy HP to 0 Cheat Code

I found a page with a few cheat codes, although it seems that Dolphin is not a big fan of the first one (HP減らない <HP won't decrease> Error pop up: Action Replay Error: Master Code and Write to CCXXXXXX not implemented )

Although that would probably come in handy too, I was wondering more whether it's possible to make a reduce enemy HP code to be able to kill them in one hit and speed up playtesting? (There's normally text on encounters/victory/defeat, but never mid-battle enemy health related as far as I've seen.)

It's possible that bosses work differently as they are the only enemies given visible HP bars, so I've attached a save as well. (The same as attached to the credit subtitles issue). Load slot 2 > Student Affairs Office (学生課) > 2nd mission (Sonson-J). Unfortunately you do have to go through a bunch of regular enemies to get there, but I think that's the standard formula.
