Uninstall command not working

Hi, First of all thank you very much for this script ^^ , I've been using this script for a few months and it works on some of my games and some games have weird color saturations but it seems that HDR support has been added in steamOS 3.5 and I am trying to uninstall this but the hdrdeck_uninstall command cannot be found. I tried to reinstall the script and it seems that there is an error when adding the uninstall command like it cannot find the directory. I'm fairly new in Linux so I dont know how to fix this.

I don't mind not uninstalling this if this will not cause a problem to hdr when steamOS 3.5 is out.

HDR Steamdeck question

This is deff not the right place to ask this, but since you seem to be in the know about the Steamdeck HDR support.

• I read that HDR doesnt work in desktop mode, only in gaming mode.
• Would it be possible to play 4k HDR movie while in gaming mode by adding the video player to steam as a nonsteam game?

Or does linux simply not support playing HDR content other than video games?

HDR for Steam Remote Play

Hello,

Is there any chance your script could allow the Steam Deck on an External Display to Display HDR from a Source PC?

My gaming PC runs HDR Natively but when streaming to the steam deck its always an issue since the picture comes in very odd my assumption has always been that is due to the steam deck not being able to display HDR..

Not entirely sure if this is something that can be done of if the steam link algorithm is the issue. However this is a major issue for people who use HDR natively on their PC and want to display it on the steam deck to an external TV that is also using HDR.

This is a bigger issue for everyone since Nvidia shut down their gamestream feature where you could stream PC games to the nvidia shield with HDR.
