Unable to parse h3sprite.lod, keeps loading...

hi i am using android 9. i have tried hota and complete heroes 3 sprite.lod file, tried to load it however the it keeps loading with no result have waited over 15mins. may i know how can i get this to work.

Screen and apps menu wallpaper is different.

H3sprite.lod - Can't parse file

Could you please explain how this issue can be fixed? I've tried it with almost every version of the Heroes:
restoration of erathia, armageddon's blade, "complete edition", wog, and steam hd edition.

I enabled the installation from unknown sources.

My phone is Xiaomi Redmi 4x android 7, MIUI 10.
