This repository houses supporting materials for two workshops of the 2018 "Images to Knowledge with ImageJ and Friends" conference:

ImageJ2 scripting

Open ImageJ_Scripting.groovy in the Script Editor, or drag and drop it onto the ImageJ status bar.

Jupyter notebooks

To create the environment and launch Jupyter:

conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate i2k-2018
jupyter notebook

Then open the .ipynb notebook files.
