Swarm simulation app has no reset function

The swarm simulation is never reset because it is missing a reset() function to revert everything to its initial state. The app also contains several moveable points which can be moved outside or at least almost outside of the app region and it definitely makes sense to reset these. Same with sliders ...

Kaleidoscope drops FPS when using many reflections

On the final machine KaleidoscopeApp sometimes drops the FPS from 60 to 40 when using many reflections.

Together with other demanding apps such as SwarmApp, this causes the total framerate to drop to 30FPS.

Its not the big showstopper that occurs often, however, we could rewrite KaleidoscopeApp with CindyGL.

The surfer app emit errors related to differentiation for several surfaces

Spirale slows down content-slider in non-contractive setting

When Spirale is moved to a non-contractive setting the applet becomes very slow during interaction. This also slows down other active applets.
