Some spec repositories have their own CoC file, which points CEPC (webxr) or CEPC + this (webxr-hand-input), etc..
Do we want to modify all to point this page?

Change reverse proxy of w3.org page from only index.html to all, and add a link to list_spec page

Currently, our WG page at w3.org has a reverse proxy only for index.html, but not for others.
Since we have some another pages, including new list_spec page, I think we are better to change transfer all accesses (under https://www.w3.org/immersive-web/, like any of https://www.w3.org/immersive-web/xxxxx) to github.io of this repository.
@AdaRoseCannon @Yonet @cwilso how do you think on this point?

Also, need new PR to link to list_spec page from the top page.

Add a link to RSVP for Jan 2019 FTF?

point 2017 patent policy but not 2004

current CONTRIBUTING.md (for all repo in immersive-web?) have a link to Patent Policy 2004-Feb-05 but not group effective Patent Policy 2017-Aug-01.
we'd better to switch all of this?
