Add pagination view for the orders module, and hookup pagination state dispatcher

• Add pagination view to the order
• Pass onclick handler to the pagination from the order component, which receives it from the Layout..
• Pass onclick handler from the Layout to the order component.
• Handle onclick on Layout by dispatching pagination action.
• Check view gets refreshed properly

Add translations

• Add a main translation file that requires each of the submodules.
• It also prefixes each one by the language key
• Add the language into the state
• Wire up the language selector dropdown to a state dispatcher

TODO:

• Pass the selected language to the orders component
• Import the orders language file and pick from the selected language
• Modify fields to use the language file key instead of the naked field key

Implement redux

Move state to redux implementation, wire up components

Paginated orders: Move away from the state

OrdersPaginated is derived data and shouldn't belong in the state, it can be calculated from the orders & pagination options dynamically

Add search bar for orders

• Add order search widget html
• Add search term to state
• Add reducer/action to handle updating the state w/ the search filter
• Add function to modify the ordersPaginated to be prefiltered, and then paginate the filtered results
• Bonus points for adding throttling (on the reducer probably)

Use redux for something or change the project's name :-)
