Parameters Versioning
Since we want to keep both parameter with Python 2 (for realtime in meantime) and Python 3 (migration purpose to QGIS 3), we need to have proper versioning in this parameter repository.
I think we should go with version 2.0 for the QGIS 3 version.
Add description in parameter container
Problem
We need a description in top of parameter to describe the parameters.
Solution
Add an description attribute in the parameter containers class.
We need to define all the required parameter widgets
Add (?) Button to Show Extended Help Text

we should tweak the parameters widget so that each input has a little (?) next to the input widget which when clicked will show the extended help_text
