ESScrollView init

Maybe I'm doing some basic init in the wrong way, so

I have allocated a ESScrollView as a instance variable like this

NSScrollView *scrollview;

and

self.scrollview = [[ESScrollView alloc] initWithFrame:NSMakeRect(0.0, 0.0, windowSize.width, windowSize.height-120.0-headerOffSetY)];

But it seems that the standard NSScrollView's scrollers appears

The Mac OS running version was 10.6.8.

Reverts to Cocoa look for DoubleBoth scrollbar variant

Cocoa offers three scroll bar variants:

• DoubleMax (default) shows the up/down arrows at the bottom of the scrollbar
• Single shows the up arrow at the top and the down arrow at the bottom of the scrollbar
• DoubleBoth shows the up/down arrows both at the top and bottom of the scrollbar

The variant can be changed on the command line:

defaults write "Apple Global Domain" AppleScrollBarVariant [variant]

ESScrollView supports DoubleMax and Single, but when set to DoubleBoth the scrollbar reverts to the Cocoa aqua-look.

Revert to default scrolling on 10.7 and later

Mac OS X Lion introduced iOS-like scrolling, with a scroller (but no scrollbar!) only appearing when scrolling.

This effectively obsoletes ESScrollView, since keeping old-style scrollbars makes apps seem antique. Thus we should revert to the default scrollbar on 10.7 and later.
