Sending E-mail Improvements

• Leave a reference to the attached documents sent;
• New E-mail or Menu/E-Mail creates a blank new e-mail (at the moment refers to the previous message);
• Leave drop downs and check boxes selections same as subject and message if user closes and e-mail again (sometime user needs to check details on the document);

Centralised e-mail sender/reply-to

XERO has a centralised system to send e-mails which conflicts with Inbox. Same e-mail from different contacts and different businesses.

Match Contact workflow improvement

Be able to switch between an e-mail and a new/existing contact to facilitate its creation/update

look into email address links being handled by the system

so when clicking email address's in email footers they open a new email that isnt a reply to the address

ie remove support ticket or no_reply from list
shouldnt show all assigned emails

Make the email body blank when selecting 'Email' on the menu and 'New Email' after the Comment box and have the body prefill only when Reply/Forward is used
