Feature request: Day AND time based import

Hello,

First off, thank you for putting this together. It's exactly what I have been looking for!

Would it be possible to extend the shortcut to import from a specific day AND between a specific time range on that day? So, as an example, I would love to be able to import data from say Monday between the hours of 3:00pm and 4:00pm?

Automatic daily syncing

This shortcut's been really useful for me, thanks for making it!

Is it possible to have this shortcut run automatically in the background at a certain time each day? The ideal scenario would be that Fitbit syncs in the background, and the shortcut runs and imports preselected categories into Apple Health (even when my phone is turned off). For example, Steps and Exercises data gets synced everyday at 10pm.
