CanOpen false negative on CTL/H-470
For some reason Windows doesn't open this device exclusively even if it met all conditions as per:

libinput override causes ArgumentOutOfRange exception on XP-Pen tablets
Description
Digimend / UCLogic drivers take priority over OpenTabletDriver, throwing an IndexOutOfRangeException when libinput is told to ignore the tablet.
This issue is embedded in the HIDSharpCore library's method for getting maximum input report lengths.

Fails to enumerate devices on `CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT`-enabled kernels
HidSharpCore can't "see" any devices when the patchset is enabled.
