the plugin doesn't include from namespaces written in persian language
Hello
When the namespace is in persian language the plugin gives this message: "randominc: no page found."

Configuration via the admin page
Currently, everything is 'configured' using the files directly. Of course, this is undesirable.
It would be great to add the option of configuring (e.g., adding quotes and changing the style) the plugin using the admin page.
Split quotes into quote and author
Currently, quotes are displayed exactly as specified in the quotes.txt file and surrounded by quotation marks.
It would be great to detect whether an author is specified ("Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet - Dolor") and display the quote/author correctly.
Line in quotes.txt: Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet - Dolor
Current Ouput: "Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet - Dolor"
Desired Output: "Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet" - Dolor
