remove jQuery dependency

jQuery-specifc functionality (DOM selection, map etc.) could probably be abstracted away quite easily, making it possible to write adaptors for other libraries

remove jQuery UI dependency

Autocomplete should be optional - could be abstracted away via a provider interface

provide jQuery-style API

the current API is really awkward:

jQuery(selector).each(function(i, node) {
    new TokenSelector(node, options);
});

there should be a jQuery wrapper to allow something like

jQuery(selector).tokenSelect(options);
