How to train the AI?

Amazing work! And so simple to run.

But I don't quiet understand how to train the AI. You write "it will wait 1 second, start recording data for 30 seconds, then save a file with the data"

It provides me with a json file to download. But does it also update it's data files in the application directory? And if yes, which one? data/2D/ or data/3D/ ?

And, during training, do I have to make the hand signs with both hands in parallel?
