Endpoint class

Write Endpoint class. Every enpoint should have a set of available protocols and transports. The handling of protocols and transports must be transparent, but user can define some basic features, for example: encryption (using SSL transport), one-way or two-way communication, etc.

Add setup.py

Add setup.py for automated installation.

Add test for Exception() propagations

Check behaviour in case of normal request and request that cause Exception().

Unable to install

setup.py fails due to a missing folder:
