Key Components

Initialization (init)

The contract is initialized by an administrator who assumes the initial administrative role in the DAO. This admin is responsible for overseeing the organization during its bootstrap period, setting the stage for its operation.

Bootstrap Period

The bootstrap period is a crucial phase during which only the admin can transfer shares to members. This period is essential for the initial configuration and setup of the organization.

Shares and Reputation

Members of the DAO hold shares or reputation tokens, which represent their influence and voting power within the organization. These tokens serve as the basis for decision-making.

Creating Proposals (c_prop)

Members have the ability to create proposals, suggesting changes or actions within the organization. Proposals can contain a series of instructions (ProposalInstr) to be executed if they gain approval. Each proposal is associated with a total number of votes.
