Common interface for caches

          LGTM: comment to raise/issue to open. We have many implementations of this type of "minimalistic" caches:

• Flask-IIIF
• Invenio-Communities groups
• Invenio-RDM-Migrator.State
• Invenio-Vocabularies with the read_many/read_all from ES

And for sure there are more.

Should we consolidate interfaces and maybe make a layer in/on-top-of invenio-cache?

Commenting out pylibmc installation and Sphinx build, all unit tests pass successfully.

decorators: take into account flashed messages

Flashed messages (using flask.flash) won't be rendered if a cached page is displayed.

Since this is probably an unwanted side effect by most people it should probably be part of the default cached_unless_authenticated decorator.
