All operations should extend from EventTarget

CertificateExporter should extend from CertificateOperation

Use evt.target.result instead of object.result in event handlers

We should use the following construct when implementing event handlers:

certificateSelector.oncomplete = function(evt) {
console.log("Certificates :" + evt.target.result);
...
}
