[BE] Implement option to generate SSL certificate on the fly

This option will allow user to start app in SSL mode without providing certificates, (will be useful for development)

The goal is to integrate momentjs library to app (fromNow method), and to implement 'fromNow' filter, which will display date as an example:

(Current date: 25.02.2016 12:00)
25.02.2016 10:40 | fromNow => 'Today, 10:40'
24.02.2016 22:17 | fromNow => 'Yesterday, 22:17'
23.02.2016 18:54 | fromNow => '23.02.2016, 18:54'

And then, integrate this filter for post-list directive:
modules/core/client/views/templates/posts-list.client.html
