Runtime exception when updating shadow

When calling UpdateShadowAsync, a runtime exception is thrown. System.InvalidOperationException: 'Nullable object must have a value.'
I believe this is from the nullable int in ShadowSerializer.ToBytes, where Version isn't being populated from the ShadowRequestResponseBinder
