Dynamic Appliance List/Monitor All Appliances

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when a new site is deployed and appliances have to be added manually into a long list of things to monitor, I just want to monitor every appliance on the orchestrator instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability to specify that the silverpeak exporter simply monitors all edge connect appliances in an orchestrator instance without the need to list all appliances statically in the vars.yml file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered trying to hit the silverpeak API with a script and generating an appliance.yml file automatically, and just pointing the var.yml file at that, but I feel there is likely an easier way of doing it.
