Uglify and minify js for npm package

I think it is a best prectice to publish minified version of util

Problem with euro price's type is broken with commas after delimiter.

Delimiter is wrong finding when I have input with the euro price type with the commas after delimiter
Ex:

priceLikeHumans.formattedPrice('1,000.123,4', '.','.')
// Expected: 1.000.123.4
// Result: 1,000.123,4

Needs to find a new way to define delimiter

Alternative separators

I see that using getPrice() we can change separators for the decimal point, but it would also be nice to format the other separators. So instead of:

priceLikeHumans.getPrice(12345.6789, ',') 
//> "12 345,678 9"

We could do something like

priceLikeHumans.getPrice(12345.6789, '.', ',') 
//> "12,345.6789"
