R-Tools

##R-Tools是用于Windows平台下的脚本启动工具。

本工具使用时具有一个R.exe文件和R.ini文件,R.ini文件根据脚本解析器和脚本文件名编写。

完成后启动R.exe文件即可调用用户脚本，启动程序文件名统一。

R-Tools还可以在CMD下给R.exe传参数调用脚本，参数将直接传递给脚本文件，省略了CMD输入不同脚本文件名的烦恼。
