Fix Prebuilt Level Local File Loading

Loading prebuilt level files locally sometimes fails because of cross origin requests not being supported for the file: protocol. A solution or alternative must be implemented for proper offline support.

Add Touchscreen Controls

Touchscreen controls should be added to core common files for interaction with 2D and 3D displays.

Standardize Level Format

OpenGL and WebGL projects should use the same level format. JSON seems to be the best choice.

• OpenGL uses JSON level format.
• WebGL uses JSON level format.

Standardize Shaders

OpenGL and WebGL should use the same shaders, located within the glsl directory.

Use custom C JSON parser

Replace https://github.com/sheredom/json.h usage with custom C JSON parser.
