Missing "pragma ever-solidity ^0.61.2" for interfaces

step to reproduce :
install npm packages "npm i --save-dev @itgold/everscale-tip"
create newNft contract and Collection contracts by following this guide :
"https://docs.venom.foundation/build/development-guides/how-to-create-your-own-non-fungible-tip-4-token/quick-start-developing-with-tip-4".
now compile your contracts npx locklift build :

there is a missing header for interfaces so the compiler complain both in the npm package and in this github repo
