wirelessthermometer's Issues

Captive portal

  • Start Wifi as an access point
  • Re-route all traffic to the board's http server

Identify board

Add a button to UI + a callback that would allow to blink the led to identify the board.

When in setup mode, also, stop blinking the led, just keep it always on.

Smart reset

Create a smart reset function that will count the number of presses on the reset button.

Function description :
On each reboot of the board, if wake up reason is not reset, return a count of 0.
Else, increase the count of one and wait until timeout. If timeout is reached, return the count. Else we have been rebooted and we will have to wait once again that timeout occurs.

Count storage needs to be stored somewhere it will persist after reset. Preferences would a good place.

Period settings

Add a timeout setting in preferences. It will allow the user to setup the measurements frequency.

Should be expressed in minutes or seconds ? Maybe minutes is enough, this is supposed to be working on battery so minutes seems to be right.

Uploader UI

Create a Windows program that would allow to flash the board easily. Cf Tasmotizer.
