Completion Doesn't Always Fire

Describe the bug
In the Example app, especially with the default Top & Bottom Notice ViewControllers the privacyCompletion doesn't always fire.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Example.
2. Click Agree or Deny.
3. Privacy Notice dismisses.

Expected behavior
Privacy Notice dismisses AND the example prints what's inside the completion block.

Additional Context
The CoreData values ARE updated when the privacy action completes. I'd guess the PrivacyNoticeVC.privacyCompletion? property is being released before or something along those lines.

Add Missing Customizations to PrivacyKitStyle

The PrivacyKitStyle is missing some obvious customizations.

Add Date to Privacy Agree/Deny Task & Better Completion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using PrivacyKit to store a log of when your users last accepted your privacy policy, it would be useful to also provide the Date for the privacy completion event.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add Date for privacyAgreed to PrivacyKit CoreData.
• Add AtDate to PrivacyCompletion typealias.
