Sluggish behaviour when too many records are loaded

Find a way to minimize DOM changes, by just hiding the table rows when focusing and closing a record.

Resizing of tabs in form view is not working

Users should be able to resize the main tab detail in form view and the their corresponding list of related records on the detail list.

Inserted record is not reupdated in the UI, need to use UUID to the marked inserted record

There should be an option for multi-window instance option when opening the same window, should just reopened what has already been opened

Cancel button should undo changes in the records

This can be achieved by traversing to modified rows, and copy the original to the dao

Scroll tab location on data windows are lost each time the windows are re-opened

The scroll location should be persisted when refocusing the active window from window to window. This is lost every time it is opened, maybe due to the DOM always get rebuild every time a window gets activated.

Lookup values on the next pages are not displaying, only the lookup records on the first page are displayed

Add alert box for errors and warnings

Sometimes deleting records may need to delete the records that refers to it. The user should have to ability to choose to delete the referring records as well.

Row shadow and column shadow are not scrolling when there are more than 1 opened data window

Settings.elm should use Field.elm

Rendering the values should be reusing Field.elm Model

Use proper code for ScrollBottom by subscribing to container's scroll events

Windows tabs should be 'display:none' when not in viewed and 'display:block' when active, to optimize DOM operation

Add option to enable/disable displaying of related records

ExtensionRecords, direct references and indirect references will not be displayed if the user don't want to.

Disabling this option will change the how the windows are organized in the server. Window caches needs to be invalidated since linker tables will have to be displayed as well.

Add option Group tables by schema namespace

There should be an option to group tables by schema namespace.
A default suggestion can be determined depending on how many tables for each schemas has.

Proper Calculation of width and height

There is an estimate totalDeductions hardCode, it should be accounted to the total of the size that affects the layout. This is needed when implementing a more responsive behaviors such as hiding/showing the sidebar.

Form view of the records should just be overlay and `display:none` the main tab to avoid re-doing the expensive DOM operation
