Make ObjectController (and FollowCamera?) frame independent

ObjectController doesn't use the clock's delta because of some stuttering (most likely because of the cheap inertia model). The FollowCamera doesn't use that, either. It probably should.

Figure out a way to make this frame independent and to avoid stuttering

Experiment with tangential instead of angular velocity.

This way the ship will seemingly move at the same speed, no matter how close to the center it is.

This issue should be closed if the experiment yields bad results, or if results are good and the new movement logic is merged.

Dispose of objects correctly.

The Polybius object exposes a dispose function to clean up listeners, we should trigger a chain of disposals that cleans everything here.

Also some objects may need custom disposal. They should handle that themselves.
