Sidebar tip for the fan control

Add a suggestion for turning on the fan in ui/js/sidebar.js

gulp not creating dist/ in Docker build

Dockerfile is doing npm install, but the postinstall task is not running.
postinstall runs gulp to create the dist/ directory which has the web UI in it.

use k8s namespace

creating namespaces can work, but the image registry secret is not automatically copied to the new namespace, so the image pull on container creation fails.
Ref here for a hint on copying the secret from default to the new namespace.

Use standard cluster & static IP

The real test is to use a static IP from the standard cluster.
I couldn't create a VLAN on Wednesday 26 July. I think this was because the invoice from June had not been paid.
Its paid now, so lets try again.
