Voter投票练手应用Vue重构版本，进行了组件拆分的优化以及各种可以做的到的优化

Voter投票练手项目最初定位为练手的项目，但是该项目的可拓展性非常强，故值得好好学习

和官方的脚手架工具有什么不同

1. 使用iview UI框架进行视图的美化以及快速开发。
2. 使用css预编译语言stylus进行样式文件的书写，保证CSS的易读性
3. 因为项目比较小，故不使用karma等进行测试

注意

1. 开发时合理配置gitignore
2. 注意样式的写法
3. 会将项目迁到效率云，不保证github版本的持续开发

Build Setup

# install dependencies
npm install

# serve with hot reload at localhost:8080
npm run dev

# build for production with minification
npm run build

# build for production and view the bundle analyzer report
npm run build --report
