swift 2 - errors

I'm thinking about re-using /salvaging some of your code with the HMM stuff you have in another project.

Any chance you can upgrade it to swift 2 syntax ? The auto upgrade to latest syntax fails catastrophically.

I wonder if the Surge project help out with the matrix stuff ?
It's using the accelerate framework there's a swift 2 branch here
