Launch multiple processes using process manager

Per https://docs.docker.com/engine/admin/using_supervisord/, the proper way to run multiple processes inside a Docker container is using a process management tool.

Launching crond as a deamonized process via shell script appears to cause issues where docker restart causes rsyslogd to fail with the following error messages:

rsyslogd: pidfile '/var/run/rsyslogd.pid' and pid 8 already exist.
If you want to run multiple instances of rsyslog, you need to specify
different pid files for them (-i option).
rsyslogd: run failed with error -3000 (see rsyslog.h or try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/3000 to learn what that number means)
