Fix Sundowner Export

Sundowner has an undocumented chunk that is likely related to cut info. Even on the mystery-chunk branch, best efforts at editing Sundowner royally screw up his textures. This may be a separate issue, going off the incongruous material IDs used by Sundowner (two materials per mesh in many cases, but none of the IDs actually reach the total number of materials in the model).

Automatic bone chain data

On the custom_bones_mgr branch, bones should automatically identify their "no_up" and "no_down" values regarding parent-child relationships in physics-based objects. This would represent a significant workload reduction.

EffectArea.bxm

scr_ly2_load branch should be able to load these values somehow to visualize, well, effect areas. There's already a BXM decoder and everything...

SCR (Map) Export

Development of this will be kept to the scr_ly2_load branch for the time being.
