winget returns non-zero exit code when updating PowerShell Core

When updating PowerShell Core, winget seemingly returns a non-zero exit code after launching the installer, causing the bootstrapping script to halt prematurely. This issue may arise when updating any app via winget; testing required.

Workaround

Re-run the script after PowerShell Core has been updated. If you ran the script from PowerShell Core, you will need to launch a new session.
