Looks like a invalid class in sqlite. As you probably don't want to measure code coverage of the sqlite library itself you can exclude these classes in the global EclEmma preferences. For this add "org.sqlite.*" to the excludes, see documentation: http://www.eclemma.org/userdoc/preferences.html

Well this is still an issue. The code should be able to handle class which are big in size. Excluding is not the right solution.

If class is big enough, then adding instrumentation code to it can make it bigger, than JLS allows. Then there is nothing Jacoco can do.
