CSS refactor

Refactor CSS (SCSS?)

Improve data streaming.

Currently, ccxt library does not utilize websockets and so each client-request is inefficient, and buggy(at times)
Possible solutions:

1. batch data writing into csv file
2. use APIs with socket support.

Use Redux instead of prop threading

Currently in proof of concept phase, so prop-threading is quicker for prototyping.

Re-factor data-access using Redux in the future.

Hi, first it seems like an interesting project. I built an http/ws gateway which provide support for multiple exchanges (4 for now) and I wanted to test CryptoEngineX to see a possible integration. Could you indicate which steps I'm missing or which branch I should try ? I tried the following with master branch (b415278)

Failed to minify ccxd lib

Try to made a new project. Im using React + CCXT.
