Support composite indices

Hello! Currently, this library encrypts properties in objects that are declared as composite indices in Dexie.
Do you think it would be worthwhile to support composite indices and keep those properties unencrypted to be able to query entries?

I can open a PR if you think it's a good idea.

package.json syntax error for newer nodejs versions

Hi, after trying to run this package on a project with nodejs 18.14.0 it throws an error at npm install that is related to the syntax of peerDependencies:

The solution would be simply update the peerDependencies from package.json from:

"peerDependencies": { "dexie": "^2.0.4 | ^3.0.0" },

(add one vertical bar |) to:

"peerDependencies": { "dexie": "^2.0.4 || ^3.0.0" },

The version 2 allows you to customize your encryption methods, doesn't break jest, and doesn't leak the shape of the object. Part of this is seeing your needs, part is that the Dexie API now allows it :)
