First click does not show animation

Hey,

I just read your code to see how you implemented it and I think I found a bug. If the activity is started and you click onto the search icon the animation is not executed. Instead the searchview is just displayed without an animation.

I think this is related to the fact that the toolbar is not visible initially and so it's not measured making width return 0.

SearchView not working with SwipeRefreshLayout and DrawerLayout

I'm new to Android and this might be a silly question.
I have an app with SwipeRefreshLayout as root layout and than a DrawerLayout.
How can I use yours includes with those?

I notice that when the search icon is being clicked for the first time, animation effect is not visible. The animation effect will only be visible for 2nd time.

I look at the source code. However, I have no idea why there's such strange behavior.
