Create a function that updates the graph using the payoff matrix.

Initialize Player Strategies

Create a function that initializes player strategies on the graph, given a game.

Play the Game

Create a function that takes in a graph and a game and calculates the payoff matrix. This function does NOT update the state of the graph. That is Issue #6

The README should provide detailed information about the following

2. Build/test status
3. How to "Get Started", i.e. how to install

Function to Create a Graph

Create a function that takes in the number of players and a graph type as arguments and creates the graph structure.

Choose a Game

Create a data type that allows the user to specify the game they would like to play. Traditional game theory games should be callable by name, as well as arbitrary square payoff matrices.
