Melon Time

A fresh, bitter and elegant Gin long drink created @ Wu5.

Ingredients

• Long Ice
• 5cl Tanqueray Gin
• 1 slice lime or 1/2 slice orange
• 1 - 4 drops Grapefruit Bitters
• 1 dash (~ 4cl) Ginger Ale
• 1 dash (~ 4cl) sparkling water
• Fritz Kola Melone

Preparation

1. Use any Casablanca or preferably a round Havana cocktail glass.
2. Fill 1/3 - 1/2 of the glass with long ice.
3. Pour in the Gin.
4. Put a slice of lime between the long ice.
5. Drip some Grapefruit Bitters.
6. Pour in 1 small gulp sized dash of Ginger Ale and soda.
7. Fill with Fritz Kola Melon.

Notes

For less bitterness:

• Replace the slice of lime with a half slice of orange and
• put in less Bitters.

You can try this out with your favorite gin of course.
