Can you explain sending ticks to a message broker a bit more?

Hello, I see you do not have GitHub Discussions enabled, so I am creating an issue to ask.

The next step is to separate the scheduling logic from the CRON job logic. If we were using Coravel, then we’d make Coravel push an asynchronous message to a message broker.

How does this trigger consumer jobs? Would a consumer still need to manage the distributed lock?
