Notion API requests are made too quickly

As these requests are all made concurrently, the API appears to be unable to keep up with them all, leading to import errors.

`System` display mode does not save on Safari

'extension.displayTheme': null | 'light' | 'dark';

null does not save in Safari, so this must be changed to a different value (such as 'system').

Assignment without due dates are not being imported into Notion

Canvas descriptions sometimes break Notion

Seems that there are occasionally URL validation errors.

Seems to be when the Canvas assignment contains custom HTML markup, which doesn't get parsed out correctly?

or potentially when there is an href to an anchor object href="#someAnchor"?

Time zone validation does not match Notion

EST is a valid time zone according to my validation logic, but Notion doesn't accept it.
