Fix drag & drop

Back when I could drag and drop a .stos file into pyre and have it open life was better. This broke after a library upgrade and I never got around to sorting out why.

If Pyre set a working directory when the first stos file is opened, it could provide + and - as hotkeys that open the adjacent alignment files. First it would check the manual folder, then the automatic folder, so it always opens the stos file that will be used by the build.

toggle alt+shift

I've been doing my manual alignments using an AutoHotkey macro that keeps alt+shift pressed the whole time. since alt+shift mode is so useful, it should be toggleable to save finger stretching.
