Hi! Why has there been no update of this for a couple of years to implement the pull request or to remove the superfluous jQuery library?

nice idea you got there, but don't you think, it's a bit overkill, to use jQuery for one line of code?
Here's some vanilla code, which doesn't need jQuery.

document.querySelectorAll("[target='_blank']").forEach(function(a) {a.addAttribute("rel", "noopener noreferrer"));

Feel free to modify it to fit your desires best.

Uploading it to the edge chromium store

Hello i would like to know if you have the intention of uploading this extension to the edge (chromium edition curently in alpha) on the microsoft store ?

There doesn't seem to be any license or anything about this extension, is it okay if I have similar permission to reuse this repo as is granted by the Apache license? I have already made a fork repo, but I am not using your content, or your code.
