default-zoom's Issues

Default Zoom broken on Firefox 66

image

This error is seen when attempting to install Default Zoom from the Mozillia Addon Site by clicking "+ Add to Firefox"

Here is another variation of this error:

When changing the zoom value on the extension. Only new site are impacted

Hi,

When I sent zoom level to 120% and open a unvisted site it's zoom level is 120%
Then I set the zoom level to 200% and open the same site it's still at 120%
If I open another unvisted site it's zoom level is at 200%

I seams that when using the extention instead of changing the default zoomlevel we recorde a defined zoom level for the site.
Could you just replace defaut 100% by the value in the extension and let only manual zoom level change do the recording ?
If it's possible.

Not working in latest firefox

Been using this great addon for a while now.
After latest Firefox update, it no longer applies the default zoom level.

Home page zoom always reset to default

Hi, that's a great extension, works much more smoothly than the other zoom ones.

I'm using Firefox extended support release 60.0.8 on Debian (I don't think this should matter for my issue, but putting it here just in case). I do as follows:

  1. I have set default zoom to 120%.
  2. I open new tab, which opens in the Firefox start page. It opens, as expected, at 120% zoom.
  3. I zoom out to 30%.
  4. Open a new tab. It once again opens Firefox start page as 120%.
  5. Zoom in to 300%.
  6. Open a new tab. It once again opens Firefox start page as 120%.

I did also confirm that, without this add-on, Firefox start page properly remembers its zoom level, so the add-on plays a part in this.

The add-on works for me perfectly on all other pages, including other Firefox pages such as about:config or about:addons.

Where are the controls for this addon?

Pardon my confusion, but how exactly do we use this extension? I see no additional UI controls anywhere in firefox after installing and restarting the browser.

Different #anchors treated as different sites

This extension was exactly what I was looking for as I found myself changing site-specific zoom to around 80% everywhere I visited. Sometimes, however, I want something other than my default 80%.

The problem is that if I change from the default, say to 100%, on a specific site, then following links to elsewhere on the same page (e.g. https://wikipedia.org/wiki/some-article#some-section) resets to the default zoom level of 80%.

I would expect that my change to 100% (or whatever) would apply domain-wide, not just to the exact URL.

(It's particularly annoying in SPAs that use it for navigation.)
