Where do you get this output? Are you using Jenkins GIT plugin? Which version?
IMO -o argument isn't place to where put the refspec.

Are you sure you entered the refspec +refs/pull/*:refs/remotes/origin/pr/* in Source Code Management -> Git -> Repositories (advanced) -> Refspec ?
I've got similar error when I entered it in Source Code Management -> Git -> Repositories (advanced) -> Name.

Well, I just removed the project, created a new one, and it built. That could have been the issue (though I would have felt like an idiot!)
I appreciate the help though!

If this command (" git pull origin https://github.com.... ") would cause result like this
Correct it to (" git pull https://github.com.... ")
